We're looking for a creative professional to join our team as a Fashion Illustrator at Marc Jacobs! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bring our designs to life through your artistry and creativity. You'll also be part of a dynamic team of fashion-forward professionals who are passionate about creating beautiful clothing and accessories.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fashion illustration and design, as well as a deep understanding of apparel construction, fashion trends, and colour theory. Responsibilities:

  1. Create fashion illustrations and artwork for Marc Jacobs designs
  2. Use knowledge of apparel construction, fashion trends, and colour theory to ensure accurate renderings of designs
  3. Work both independently and collaboratively to meet design goals and deadlines
  4. Maintain a portfolio of illustrations to showcase your work
  5. Research current trends and techniques in fashion illustration
  6. Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure illustrations meet the brand's standards
  7. Present illustrations and artwork to stakeholders for review and approval
  8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for future collections
  9. Work closely with fashion designers to accurately interpret their ideas
  10. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members
