Garment Technologist

As a Garment Technologist at Marc Jacobs, you will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality standards are met and our garments are designed and produced to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Reviewing designs and ensuring that they meet Marc Jacobs' high-quality standards
• Implementing garment design and construction processes and procedures
• Working with the design team to ensure garments are stylish, fashionable, and fit the customer’s needs
• Monitoring garment production and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Analyzing current fashion trends to create innovative, fashion-forward garments
• Maintaining and updating detailed records of garment production and design
• Troubleshooting any issues related to garment production and design
• Communicating effectively with the design team, production staff, and customers
