Job Description

At Marc Jacobs, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for managing all aspects of the supply chain process in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You will be expected to develop and implement effective strategies for optimizing supply chain operations while meeting customer needs.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have an excellent understanding of supply chain principles. Previous experience managing a team and working in a retail or fashion environment is a plus. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, make decisions quickly, and solve problems with minimal guidance. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for optimizing supply chain operations while meeting customer needs.
  2. Manage all aspects of the supply chain process in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  4. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas of improvement.
  5. Oversee the procurement process, including selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product availability and develop promotional strategies.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  8. Monitor industry trends and regulations, and ensure supply chain compliance.
  9. Lead and manage a team of supply chain personnel, including motivating, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
