Office Assistant

Employees will perform a variety of tasks including answering phones and using a computer to access voter registration information to help answer voters' questions. Counter assistance includes issuing vote-by-mail ballots by using a computer to access voter registration information and giving the voter a ballot and envelope. Taking ballots out of envelopes, checking for damage, flattening for scanning, duplicating damaged ballots, scanning ballots, adjudicating ballots. Logistics assistance.
