Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marks and Spencer. Our retail sales associates are the face of our business, helping customers find the products they need and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience working in retail sales, with a strong customer service focus. You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build positive customer relationships, and have a good working knowledge of retail systems. You must also be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
