Marks and Spencer is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for a confident individual who can provide a great customer service experience and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience in our store.To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of customer service principles and retail operations. Previous experience in customer service and/or retail is highly desirable. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.The successful candidate will have a passion for retail and a desire to build strong relationships with customers.
