3. Monitor legal developments and advise business teams on how to best navigate them.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
5. Analyze legal documents, research legal issues, and present findings.
6. Represent Mars, Incorporated in various legal proceedings.
7. Collaborate with other legal professionals and internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
8. Develop and advance Mars, Incorporated’s risk management policies and procedures.
9. Stay current with legal trends, changes, and updates.
