
Associate Brand Manager
Ownership of the Premium Brands Digital/Online Events P&L ($1.2MM in sales, budget management, and ROI) creating a plan for 18-24 months of tastings and experiences. Manage a rolling 12-month content calendar, aligning with R&D, eCommerce, retail, and shopper on upcoming promotions, product launches, and key seasons to grow sales. Work in partnership with the marketing team to prepare content for the 18-24 month strategic brand plan. Be a digital brand guardian for Premium Brands (Ethel M Chocolates, American Heritage Chocolates) who know the brands inside out and how to engage their audiences on and offline while adhering to the required guidelines, regulations, and ways of working (including but not limited to health and wellness, marketing code etc). Bring that expertise into retail, eCommerce & shopper briefings. Define a product/program/experience for the B2B team to sell. Manage digital third-party sales channels to create revenue for retail stores.
Experience with virtual web platforms like Zoom, Teams, Facebook Live, and YouTube
Minimum two years experience with marketing, advertising, event coordination and/or social media
