  1. Conduct regular assessments and risk analyses to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities within the company's digital infrastructure.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and protocols to mitigate and manage cybersecurity risks.
  3. Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior or potential breaches.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  6. Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
  7. Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify weaknesses in the company's systems.
  8. Respond to and resolve cybersecurity incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Create and maintain documentation of all cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  10. Continuously review and enhance the company's cybersecurity strategy to ensure the highest level of protection for our digital assets.
  11. Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of any shared data or systems.
  12. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and optimization in the company's cybersecurity infrastructure.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to creating a better world through responsible and secure business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Threat Analysis And Incident Response.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Frameworks, Such As Nist, Iso, And Cis.

  • Experience With Threat Intelligence Gathering And Analysis Tools, Such As Splunk, Fireeye, And Mcafee.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
