  1. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data across all systems and processes.
  2. Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and address any inconsistencies or errors in data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data quality initiatives with business objectives.
  4. Lead and facilitate data quality training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of data integrity.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in data quality management.
  7. Develop and maintain data quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  8. Implement data quality tools and technologies to streamline and automate data quality processes.
  9. Communicate data quality issues and initiatives to stakeholders, including management and other departments.
  10. Act as the main point of contact for data quality inquiries and escalations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external data vendors and partners to ensure data quality standards are met.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality processes to identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
  13. Provide guidance and support to team members on data quality processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in data governance and stewardship initiatives to ensure data quality is maintained throughout the organization.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality principles and practices within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Quality Management Or Data Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Etl, And Data Quality Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Data Quality Initiatives.
