- Oversee the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the organization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify potential risks and issues and create contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project tasks.
- Mentor and guide project team members to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all project-related activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and KPIs to senior management.
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards throughout project delivery.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
