- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of demand plans to identify potential risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Utilize demand planning software and tools to effectively manage and analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Train and mentor junior demand planning team members to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or A Related Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Microsoft Excel And Sap.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, And Operations Teams.
