  1. Serve as a strategic partner to the People and Organization (P&O) team, leveraging digital technology to support and enhance our overall strategies and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital needs and opportunities within the P&O function.
  3. Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the P&O department.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital technology, and make recommendations for incorporating them into P&O strategies.
  5. Lead the implementation and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  6. Act as a change agent, driving adoption and utilization of new digital tools and processes within the P&O team.
  7. Provide training and support to P&O team members on new digital technologies and processes.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance P&O operations.
  9. Monitor and analyze data from digital tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Act as a liaison between the P&O team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
  12. Communicate updates and progress of digital initiatives to relevant stakeholders and senior leadership.
  13. Stay updated on data privacy and security regulations to ensure compliance in all digital initiatives.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve digital processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the P&O function.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission and vision of Mars, Incorporated by utilizing digital technology to create a better world for all.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Or Related Field, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Their Impact On Hr Processes And Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Digital Hr Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
