
Director, M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience
At Mars, Incorporated, we are looking for an experienced Director of M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience to join our team and lead the development and execution of innovative global strategies. This role requires an individual with a passion for retail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the capability of leading and inspiring a team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and an experienced leader.The Director of M&M’S Retail Marketing & Experience will be responsible for driving the vision and development of M&M’S retail marketing and experience strategy. The role will require the candidate to partner with our global teams to ensure our retail marketing and experience efforts are effectively integrated into our overall marketing plan. As a member of the M&M’S Leadership Team, the Director will be expected to bring a personal and professional approach to our efforts, inspiring colleagues and partners with their passion and enthusiasm for the brand.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail marketing and brand management, with a proven track record of delivering effective retail strategies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the retail landscape and a deep knowledge of consumer behavior and insights. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative global strategies for M&M’S retail marketing and experience
- Partner with global teams to ensure retail marketing and experience efforts are effectively integrated into overall marketing plans
- Lead and inspire M&M’S team members
- Ensure personal and professional approach to M&M’S efforts
