- Conduct in-depth analysis of executive compensation packages and make recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and company goals.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure executive compensation aligns with company budget and financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in executive compensation to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain executive compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all matters related to executive compensation, providing guidance and support to colleagues and executives.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or Related Field With A Focus On Compensation And Benefits.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Understanding Of Executive Compensation Plans And Market Trends.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience Using Hris And Compensation Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Senior Leaders.
