- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives, including identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, to understand their needs and provide effective financial support.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing guidance and insights to ensure financial targets are met.
- Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends to inform financial decision-making and identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and operations to provide effective financial support.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Business Partnering
Strong Understanding Of Financial Reporting Principles And Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Experience In The Consumer Goods Industry And/Or Working With A Global Organization Preferred.
