Finance Inventory Analyst

Key role of the Financial Analyst is to be a partner for the business to enable growth and support day to day operations. The Analyst will manage producing periodic and quarterly reporting and ensure timely submission of data in compliance with corporate deadlines. The Financial Analyst will assist in improving processes, procedures and internal controls and complete special projects on an as needed basis. Review findings from Inventory dashboards; action resolve or escalate. Confirming inventory values are in sync between all systems. Call out if processes, tools or systems are not used correctly. Verify request for adjustments related to the value of inventory. Reconciliation of inventory transaction to OMS (Order Management System) in/out (adjustment cancelled, shipped). Balance sheet reconciliation WMS to ERP Subledger to ERP General Ledger.
