
Global Executive Assistant

- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team at Mars, Incorporated.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executive team, screening and prioritizing incoming requests and communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive team.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the executive team and take necessary actions to ensure their success.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Manage and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documents for the executive team.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive team's operations.
- Serve as a resource for other team members and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
