You should have an in-depth understanding of adult learning principles and be able to create high-quality learning materials. You will also work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that our employees have access to the best learning opportunities.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, at least five years of experience in instructional design and training development, and experience utilizing computer-based learning tools.
