You will collaborate with Learning & Development and other teams to ensure that our content is effective and engaging. Your ability to create innovative, high-impact learning experiences for our employees and customers will help us to create a more connected and informed workforce.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for learning, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. You will have experience with designing and developing learning experiences for a variety of audiences and contexts. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences and content across multiple formats.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and other teams to ensure that content is effective and engaging.

- Design and develop learning experiences for a variety of audiences and contexts.
- Quickly understand and apply new concepts and technologies.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor user engagement and make changes to the learning experiences as needed.
