Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop innovative and engaging learning experiences to meet the changing needs of the organization.
2. Manage and execute the development and delivery of learning experiences worldwide.
3. Create and maintain a library of learning materials, including video and audio content, e-learning courses, and other digital resources.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning experiences are in line with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Analyze learner data to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and identify areas of improvement.
6. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop effective learning activities and strategies.
7. Lead projects to implement new learning technologies and platforms.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the best learning experiences for our employees.
9. Suggest new approaches and strategies to enhance learning experiences.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
