Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and engaging learning experiences to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Manage and execute the development and delivery of learning experiences worldwide.
- Create and maintain a library of learning materials, including video and audio content, e-learning courses, and other digital resources.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning experiences are in line with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze learner data to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop effective learning activities and strategies.
- Lead projects to implement new learning technologies and platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the best learning experiences for our employees.
- Suggest new approaches and strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
