Outbound Logistics Coordinator

The Outbound Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound shipments. They will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound traffic operations, SAP and JDA logistical requirements, load tendering, office administrative responsibilities in the areas of the finished goods warehouse, ingredient receiving and dock door management. Request delivery appointments for specific customers. Trailer Pool management. Manage the appointment scheduling on inbound and outbound of finished goods. Send daily emails with shipping updates to the team. Respond to emails regarding any shipping questions. Maintain shipping supplies. Updates for invoicing as orders are picked up.
