  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions for our confectionery, pet care, and food products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging requirements and develop solutions that meet product and brand objectives.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging materials and technology.
  4. Optimize packaging designs to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
  5. Conduct packaging testing and analysis to ensure product quality and consumer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of packaging projects.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for packaging materials and processes.
  8. Monitor and analyze packaging performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new packaging materials and technologies.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior packaging engineers to support their professional development.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and marketing teams.
  12. Continuously assess and improve packaging processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate new packaging ideas and concepts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or A Related Field.
