Packaging Machine Operator

The role functions as a member of an area team that is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. This role will operate specified packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Understand daily line up and activities in order to run to schedule do changeovers, troubleshoot lines. Report downtimes to Shift Lead, Maintenance, or Supervisor when down times cannot be corrected by operator. Enter work orders into the MIS system as needed and support maintenance on calls. Ensure completion of packaging reports. Actively participate in FMOS. Attend all required Quality & Food Safety Training. Adhere to all GMP’s (bump caps, ear plugs, safety shoes, uniforms, etc.)
