Planner

Develop production and finished goods inventory plans each period as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle using the latest approved demand plan over the entire planning horizon (18-24 months). Manage the timing of demand and production for promotional events and launches such that the desired quantity of product is available for sale to support customer service metrics. Serve as lead for identification, investigation, resolution, and communication of customer service issues to all stakeholders. Set appropriate supply policies including safety stocks, production sourcing, and all parameters used within the planning systems to control demand, scheduling, and deployment. Lead the weekly MPS/Feasibility meetings with relevant plant teams to review issues and actions relating to their 16 week production schedules, consistent with the agreed supply policies.
