  1. Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machines.
  4. Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.
  5. Complete required production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  7. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Production Machine Operator At Mars Incorporated Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math, Science, And Technical Skills.

  • Experience In Operating Production Machinery: Candidates With Prior Experience In Operating Production Machinery Are Preferred For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Procedures, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Of Machines.
