Job Description

The position is responsible for NAPC technical audit program. It will be the Regional HACCP SME and the liaison between Global and NAPC for Technical Standards development. The purpose of the role is to lead Q&FS Compliance for the North America Petcare (NAPC) manufacturing network and to drive Business Q&FS Performance & Continuous Improvement through supporting the development and implementation of Q&FS Systems. This role leads a small team of functional experts who maintain daily operations for each IT system within the network, resolve technical challenges for all sites and functions, ensuring a robust continuous improvement program aligned to business direction.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical area such as R&D and product development

  • 2-3 years of operational experience in factories, working with current Q&FS Standards.

  • Advanced HACCP and food safety management

  • Lead auditor certified with significant audit experience
