  1. Develop and manage quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to identify and address any potential quality or safety issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures and processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in food safety and quality to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Lead and participate in internal and external food safety and quality audits.
  7. Train and educate team members on food safety and quality standards and procedures.
  8. Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to product quality and safety.
  9. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials and ingredients.
  10. Implement and maintain documentation and record-keeping systems to track quality and safety data and ensure compliance.
  11. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry experts to stay informed of any changes or updates in food safety and quality regulations.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of food safety and quality throughout the organization.
  13. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve food safety and quality.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in quality and food safety.
  15. Communicate and report on quality and safety metrics and performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Food Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Food Quality And Safety Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Industry Standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Quality Assurance And Control Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
