- Develop and implement an overall strategy for R&D systems within the organization.
- Continuously research and analyze industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
- Lead and manage the R&D systems team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and protocols for R&D systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Evaluate and select new technologies and tools to enhance R&D processes and improve product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of R&D systems.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to R&D systems, proactively seeking solutions to minimize impact.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of R&D systems initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D team and across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Food Science, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In R&D Or Product Development Within The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Systems, Including Experience With Stage Gate Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
