  1. Develop and implement an overall strategy for R&D systems within the organization.
  2. Continuously research and analyze industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
  3. Lead and manage the R&D systems team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
  4. Develop and maintain standardized processes and protocols for R&D systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  5. Evaluate and select new technologies and tools to enhance R&D processes and improve product development.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of R&D systems.
  7. Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to R&D systems, proactively seeking solutions to minimize impact.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of R&D systems initiatives.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Food Science, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In R&D Or Product Development Within The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Development Processes And Systems, Including Experience With Stage Gate Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
