- Lead and manage the finance systems team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve record to report processes to drive efficiency and optimize resources.
- Maintain and enhance financial systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
