Job Description

Mars, Incorporated is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Regional Digital Commerce Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This exciting role will be responsible for leading our global supply chain activities related to digital commerce, and will involve working across our entire supply chain operations to ensure that our products are delivered to consumers in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital commerce, a strong analytical background, a track record of successful supply chain management, and an understanding of the global digital commerce landscape. We are looking for a team player who can drive innovation and lead a team through data-driven insights and best practices. The successful candidate must be a problem-solver, able to think on their feet and make sound decisions. Above all, we are looking for someone who is experienced, flexible, and customer-centric.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, supply chain management, or a related field• Excellent analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively• Proven track record of success in supply chain management

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead global supply chain activities related to digital commerce, including developing and implementing strategies that ensure products are delivered to consumers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Analyze data and develop insights to inform supply chain strategies and operations.
  3. Develop and implement best practices, processes, and procedures related to digital commerce and supply chain operations.
  4. Manage logistics and fulfillment activities related to digital commerce.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  7. Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives and goals.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy of operations.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and assess implications for the organization.
