We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Mars Incorporated.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellbeing programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that health and wellbeing initiatives align with company values and goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze employee health data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards wellness goals.
  4. Lead and coach a team of health and wellbeing professionals to effectively execute programs and initiatives.
  5. Communicate regularly with employees at all levels to promote awareness and engagement in health and wellbeing initiatives.
  6. Partner with external vendors and organizations to bring in relevant resources and expertise to support employee wellness.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current health and wellness trends, research, and best practices to continually improve and evolve the program.
  8. Act as a role model and advocate for healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices within the company.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for health and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  10. Foster a culture of health and wellbeing within the organization through education, events, and activities.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that the company's policies and practices support employee health and wellbeing.
  12. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of the effectiveness and impact of health and wellbeing programs.
  13. Develop and deliver training and educational materials related to health and wellbeing for employees and managers.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance and resources related to health and wellbeing.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee health and wellbeing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Health Education, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In The Health And Wellness Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Health And Wellbeing Programs.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
