We are currently seeking a Site Sanitation Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at our production facility. As a Site Sanitation Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and quality of our products while upholding our commitment to sustainability. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual with experience in sanitation management and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.   1. Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety at our production facility.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
  3. Manage a team of sanitation employees, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of sanitation practices into production processes.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of sanitation supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels are maintained at all times.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in sanitation practices to continuously improve and optimize our processes.
  7. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source the best sanitation products and equipment at competitive prices.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and inspectors to ensure compliance with all sanitation regulations and standards.
  9. Conduct investigations and root cause analysis to address any sanitation issues or concerns.
  10. Champion our company's commitment to sustainability by implementing eco-friendly sanitation practices and initiatives.
  11. Manage budget and expenses related to sanitation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sanitation activities and procedures.
  13. Act as a point of contact for any sanitation-related inquiries or concerns from other departments or external parties.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate sanitation processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Food Manufacturing, Preferably In A Sanitation Role.

  • Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards, Such As Haccp And Gmp.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Sanitation Procedures And Programs To Ensure A Clean And Safe Production Environment.
