Stationary Engineer

Operates building HVAC equipment, including high pressure boilers, all heating and ventilating equipment, assuring a properly-controlled climate.Responsible to maintain the safe and efficient operation of equipment including boilers, chillers, centrifugal air compressors, cooling towers, turbine, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, steam and cooled water coils and HVAC system. Have mechanical, electrical, controls expertise to identify and repair equipment problems. Follow safety/LOTO procedures. Conduct routine audits of operating equipment. Maintain an open and professional line of communication with associates in both the production and SAR areas. Enter planned work orders into the MIS system.
