  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and goals related to employee health and benefits.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review their benefit plans and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and underwriting, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefit programs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective benefit solutions.
  6. Assist clients with the implementation and management of new benefit programs, including enrollment and communication strategies.
  7. Analyze and interpret data related to benefit program usage and costs to make informed recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns that may impact the success of the client's benefit programs.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert in employee health and benefits, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  10. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and driving positive outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employee Health And Benefits, Preferably In A Consulting Or Brokerage Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employee Benefits Programs, Including Healthcare, Retirement, And Wellness.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.
