We are looking for an experienced and motivated Annuity Placement Specialist to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. If you have the necessary qualifications and are eager to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!As an Annuity Placement Specialist, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify and secure annuity products that best meet their financial objectives. You will be expected to proactively pursue new business opportunities, review annuity products and provide advice to clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of annuities and the annuity marketplace. Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively pursue new business opportunities for annuity products.
  2. Review annuity products and provide advice to clients.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and secure annuity products that best meet their financial objectives.
  4. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Remain up to date on industry trends and regulations related to annuities.
  6. Work collaboratively with other members of the Marsh & McLennan Companies team.
  7. Analyze and evaluate customer needs and provide solutions based on their financial goals and objectives.
  8. Monitor customer portfolios and review performance of annuities.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
  10. Provide timely and accurate customer service.
