  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives and develop tailored benefits solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits and proactively advise clients on potential impacts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries.
  5. Educate clients on the value and importance of comprehensive benefits packages and provide guidance on selecting the best options for their workforce.
  6. Work closely with internal teams, such as account managers and underwriters, to ensure seamless delivery of benefits solutions to clients.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to clients on various benefits topics, including plan options, cost analysis, and compliance matters.
  8. Monitor and analyze data related to employee benefits, such as utilization rates and cost trends, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients.
  9. Provide support during open enrollment periods, assisting clients with plan selection and enrollment processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for employee benefits within the company and share knowledge and insights with colleagues to enhance overall team expertise.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on emerging benefits trends.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to benefits consulting services to enhance client experience and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Consulting Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employee Benefits Programs And Regulations.

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (Cebs) Or Other Relevant Certification Is Preferred.
