- Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competition to inform sales enablement initiatives.
- Work closely with sales and HR teams to understand their needs and align sales enablement efforts with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create and deliver sales training programs to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and other materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive sales.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR consulting services and provide guidance and support to sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales enablement efforts.
- Manage a team of sales enablement professionals and provide coaching and mentorship to support their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Sales Enablement, Preferably In The Hr Consulting Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Consulting Services And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Potential Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Business Development, Including Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
