- Develop innovative learning solutions for early career professionals to support their growth and development within the organization.
- Create and maintain a dynamic learning environment that engages and motivates early career employees to continuously learn and advance in their careers.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive early careers learning strategy that aligns with the company's overall L&D goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and design effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among early career employees and develop targeted learning programs to address these gaps.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning content using a variety of methods and technologies, such as e-learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training.
- Manage the end-to-end process of learning product development, including project planning, content creation, delivery, and evaluation.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in early career development and incorporate them into the learning strategy to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to source and integrate relevant and cutting-edge learning content into the organization's programs.
- Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of early career learning initiatives, using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach early career employees to support their learning and development and ensure their successful integration into the company.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the learning and development field and use this knowledge to continuously enhance and elevate the early careers learning experience at Marsh & McLennan Companies.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Learning And Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Managing Learning Programs For Early Career Employees, Including New Hire Onboarding And Professional Development Initiatives.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
