- Greet and welcome potential candidates to the company with a positive and professional attitude.
- Communicate the company's values, culture, and goals to potential candidates.
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify and select qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit for the role.
- Provide guidance and information to candidates regarding the internship program, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to identify the specific skills and qualities needed for the role.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to attract top talent.
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates, including coordinating with HR and arranging necessary paperwork.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract and retain top talent.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at recruiting events and job fairs.
- Monitor and track candidate progress and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update job postings and recruitment materials.
- Assist with any other recruiting or administrative tasks as needed.
Strong Academic Background: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Economics, Or Engineering. A Master's Degree Or Mba Is Also Desirable.
Prior Consulting Experience: Previous Experience In A Consulting Role, Either Through Internships Or Full-Time Positions, Is Highly Valued By Oliver Wyman. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Handle Complex Projects.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Consultant Intern At Oliver Wyman, You Will Be Expected To Analyze Data, Develop Insights, And Provide Solutions To Complex Business Problems. Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, You Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Team Members From Diverse Backgrounds And Cultures. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Build Relationships Are Crucial.
Fluency In Italian And English: Proficiency In Both Italian And English Is Essential For This Role, As You Will Be Working With Clients And Team Members From Both Italy And Other Countries. Knowledge Of Other Languages Is A Plus.
