
Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager - McGriff Insurance - Hybrid

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid role. This individual will play a key role in managing and growing our personal lines insurance business, while providing exceptional service to our clients. - Manage and grow personal lines insurance business: This includes developing strategies and implementing tactics to increase sales and revenue for personal lines insurance products.
- Provide exceptional client service: Ensure that all clients receive top-notch service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct needs assessments: Meet with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet those needs.
- Process insurance policies: Handle the entire process of issuing policies, from collecting necessary information to reviewing and confirming coverage details.
- Monitor policy renewals: Proactively reach out to clients to renew their policies and provide them with updated coverage options.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, changes in policies, and new products to provide the best service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members, such as underwriters and claims adjusters, to ensure a seamless and efficient process for clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow company guidelines and standards to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet sales targets: Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, policies, and any other relevant information.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and offer suggestions for enhancement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend training and development sessions: Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and improve skills and knowledge.
- Uphold company values: Act in alignment with company values and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Strong Knowledge Of Personal Lines Insurance Products And Industry Trends: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Personal Lines Insurance Products Such As Homeowners, Auto, And Umbrella Policies. They Should Also Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Industry Trends And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As An Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Relationships With Clients, Insurance Carriers, And Other Stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential In This Role To Effectively Convey Information And Build Rapport With Clients.
Proven Experience In Account Management: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Portfolio Of Personal Lines Insurance Accounts. This Includes Handling Policy Renewals, Claims, And Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Clients.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The Role Of A Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Be Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, And Able To Prioritize Effectively To Meet Client Needs.
Proficient In Insurance Software And Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Insurance Software And Systems Such As Ams360, Applied Epic, Or Similar Platforms. This Will Ensure A Smooth Transition Into The Role And Enable The Candidate To Effectively Manage Client Accounts.
