  1. Identify areas for process improvement within Marsh & McLennan Companies through data analysis and collaboration with various departments and teams.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste and redundancy.
  3. Utilize project management methodologies to lead and execute process improvement initiatives, including creating project plans, setting timelines, and tracking progress.
  4. Conduct research and gather data to support proposed process improvements, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continued success.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, workflows, and training materials.
  8. Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  9. Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for process improvement.
  10. Act as a champion for continuous improvement within the organization, promoting a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Corporate Or Consulting Environment.

  • Proficiency In Process Mapping And Analysis Tools, Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Value Stream Mapping.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
