
Senior Analyst - Onsite Technical Support

- Provide expert technical assistance to employees and clients of Marsh & McLennan Companies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert in all areas of technical support, including but not limited to computer systems, applications, and security.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement best practices for technical support processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical individuals to explain technical concepts and resolutions.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to effectively support and enhance our systems.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical support requests and resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support, as needed.
- Train and mentor junior technical support staff members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, while providing technical support.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address technical issues and improve overall system functionality.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve technical support processes and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Support And Troubleshooting In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members.
Proven Experience In Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
