- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on their employee benefits programs.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise of the healthcare and benefits industry to design and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Analyze client needs and make recommendations for customized benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of clients' benefits programs.
- Create and present proposals, reports, and other materials to clients that effectively communicate complex information.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants in the team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on health and welfare plans, including compliance, cost containment strategies, and plan design.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in business development efforts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Human Resources, Or Healthcare.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Health And Benefits Industry, With A Focus On Consulting And Client Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Legislation And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients And Stakeholders.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (Cebs) Or Certified Health Education Specialist (Ches) Preferred.
