  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive software asset management strategy for the organization.
  2. Monitor and track software licenses across all departments and locations to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  3. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through effective software asset management practices.
  4. Work closely with IT and procurement teams to negotiate software contracts and licenses.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of software assets.
  6. Provide guidance and support to departments and employees on software usage and license management.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in software asset management.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to manage software assets and resolve any issues.
  9. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on software asset management initiatives and progress.
  10. Maintain documentation and reports on software assets, usage, and costs for management review.
  11. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and optimize software asset management.
  12. Train and educate employees on software asset management policies and procedures.
  13. Stay up-to-date on software licensing regulations and ensure compliance.
  14. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to software asset management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve software asset management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Asset Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Tools For Managing Software Assets.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
