Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Trainer to join the Mary Kay team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training to our independent beauty consultants, helping them to drive sales and achieve success. You will be a passionate mentor, committed to helping our beauty consultants develop their skills and reach their full potential.To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering training programs. You should also have a deep understanding of the beauty industry and the Mary Kay brand.If you’re an enthusiastic trainer who loves working with people and helping them to reach their goals, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs for independent beauty consultants.
  2. Ensure that all training materials are current and up-to-date.
  3. Monitor the progress of beauty consultants to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
  4. Coach and mentor beauty consultants to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  5. Create and implement effective sales strategies for beauty consultants.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry.
  7. Assess the needs of beauty consultants and provide appropriate advice.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with beauty consultants.
  9. Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of training programs.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of beauty consultants.
