Mary Kay is looking for a Technical Writer Customer Success professional to join our team and help us ensure our customers have a great experience. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for writing and a talent for clearly and consisely conveying complex technical concepts. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical acumen and excellent customer service skills, enabling them to both understand and explain product information to customers.The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of technical documentation standards and practices. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation that is accurate, clear, and concise.
- Ensure customer success by answering customer inquiries and providing technical assistance.
- Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on new product features and technology changes.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer success strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement customer success processes and procedures.
- Track customer success metrics and report on progress.
- Perform regular customer surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
