Mary Kay is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Writer Customer Success to join our team. The successful candidate will be charged with ensuring our customer-facing content is accurate, clear, and professional. Responsibilities:

-Write customer-facing content that is accurate, clear, and professional -Translate complex information into easily understandable content -Work in a fast-paced environment -Organize and prioritize work efficiently -Provide outstanding customer service -Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues -Maintain a high level of quality in all written content -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs -Collaborate with other departments to create content that meets customer needs -Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement of customer-facing content
