  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Masimo customers, including healthcare professionals and end-users.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Masimo products and their clinical applications.
  3. Conduct product trainings, demonstrations, and presentations for customers to ensure proper and effective use of Masimo products.
  4. Act as a clinical resource for customers, answering questions and providing assistance with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs and market trends.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry and clinical developments, incorporating this knowledge into customer interactions and trainings.
  8. Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on customer interactions and experiences.
  9. Assist in the development of educational materials, including manuals, training videos, and presentations, to support the use of Masimo products.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
  11. Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to promote Masimo products and services.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and training sessions.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience with Masimo products and services.
  15. Embody the company's dedication to improving patient outcomes through the use of innovative medical technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Medical Technology, Or Respiratory Therapy.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Critical Care Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Devices And Technology, Particularly In The Areas Of Patient Monitoring And Data Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support Healthcare Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Masimo Products And Technology, Or Previous Experience Working With Similar Medical Devices, Is Preferred.
