  1. Accurately calculate and process sales commission payments for the sales team in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of Masimo's sales commission structure and policies.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
  4. Analyze sales data and commission reports to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  5. Communicate with sales representatives to address any questions or concerns regarding their commission payments.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of commission data and calculations.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on commission payments to management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales commissions.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to improve commission processes and systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to commission payments.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on commission calculations and processes.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve commission processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of commission expenses.
  14. Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate commission information and resolving any commission-related issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commission Calculation And Analysis In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Commission Structures And Incentive Programs.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Management.
